Job Summary:
The marketing coordinator will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day marketing tasks and projects. The position requires work on various campaigns, trade shows, and events withing the material handling industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Entering purchase order data for marketing materials.
- Research market trends.
- Keep track of apparel and promotional material.
- Work on travel coordination and reservations for trade shows & events.
- Help maintain customer databases and distribution of email blasts and other communications.
- Clean & organize files for photography and video content.
- Help develop content for external system integrators and have the ability to work with freelance team when needed.
- Help establish & maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Support the overall marketing with administrative tasks as needed.
- Proofread all materials before publishing.
- Travel to trade shows and other marketing events.
- All other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Ability to negotiate materials and travel.
- Strong written grammar and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and own projects through completion.
- Ability to travel to events as needed.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing, communication preferred, or equivalent to 5 years of experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales support experience in a B2B industry.
- 10% travel per year.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
